The New Year is all about celebrating. It’s time to celebrate all you have accomplished and all you plan to accomplish in the new year. So you need a cocktail that is worthy of this kind of celebration and I have the perfect one!
This raspberry champagne cocktail is the drink you need to be sipping on while ringing in the New Year. If you are hosting, it is even better because it is so easy to make.
Wild Roots Raspberry Infused Vodka inspired this cocktail. It is one of my favorite vodkas and is so easy to mix into a delicious cocktail. Wild Roots was started by some Pacific Northwest natives (another reason I love this company!) and all their vodkas are made with natural flavors, each bottle is infused with over a pound of local berries! With the flavor of the raspberry with the bite from the champagne, it makes this drink easy to sip on. They have several different flavors; also try the raspberry with lemonade or the marionberry with a little sprite.
There are so many amazing combinations that are possible with this vodka and one more is even better. I combined my love of champagne with this flavorful vodka to create a raspberry champagne cocktail that is fit for the New Year.
