October is a time devoted to Halloween, and November is the month to enjoy the fall scenery and delicious food, but am I the only one who feels overly busy?
Between my job and everyday life, it doesn’t leave much time to enjoy the season, and when I do have time I tend to feel scatterbrained and disorganized. This leads me to feel like the holiday season is passing by without getting to really enjoy it – or as I call it, holiday FoMO
Whenever I feel the holiday FoMOs creeping up on me I bake a fall treat, like pumpkin bread or baked apples or I go for a walk with a cup of coffee; pumpkin spice latte of course!
Going for a walk is a great way to get over that feeling any time of the year and don’t forget your camera! Taking photos brings your attention to the present and can make you feel grounded in that moment.
Another thing I do to feel less busy and more organized is to plan. It soothes my worried brain to write things down and have them prepared.
These planning printables will help you get ahead of the planning so your dinner is perfect, and it doesn’t hurt if they look pretty!
