As I said, “mild” obsession.
With get together and parties seemingly always approaching, it is a must to have an easy recipe. Not just any recipe, but a delicious recipe people will love.
When I think of easy party recipes, dips come to mind. They are flavorful, addicting and most of all a breeze to make.
This spinach dip is my go-to. It has been in my family for years, bring it to a party and you’ll almost always have people begging for the recipe.
This creamy dip is loaded with greens; parsley, spinach, and green onions. It has a zing of lemony flavor and is spiced with seasoned salt.
There is no cooking required, just some chopping and mixing. Then devouring! Serve it in a hollowed-out sourdough bread bowl, surrounded by chunks of sourdough bread.
You can also prepare for this dip in advance, which makes life much easier. Make it the night before you plan to serve it and keep covered in the refrigerator.
